Enjoy hands-on cooking with our experienced chef, learn about the Cambodian taste, culture, and gain insight into local ingredients. Takeaway after class, you will get some secrets of Khmer cuisine creation techniques from our chefs.

Program:

+ 09:00am the participants will be welcomed with Fresh juice at the Lobby Lounge and discuss with the chef the program.

+ 09:15am Chef will guide you to Phsar Leou Market, to select the ingredients for cooking and understanding the Khmer local market 10.30am Arrival back in the hotel where refreshing drinks and cold towels are waiting for you.

+ 11:00am Chef will provide the instruction and explains the ingredients used for cooking; including a demonstration of the dishes that you will prepare.

+ 11:15am Time to put your hands on cooking utensils: each participant has his/her own table and stove. Assisted by our chef, you will learn and experience the culinary technique of Khmer Cuisine including appetizer, main course and dessert.

+ 12.00 Noon - Lunch time: Now you can taste and enjoy your own culinary discovery. Accompanied with fresh juice, soft drinks or Angkor Beer
